Hi, I'm Allison! Founder of Encelia Hair. I am here to help answer any questions that you have about wig life or topper life (yes, my 1st piece was a topper. Back then, I could even say the word, W-I-G. I understand what it is like to shop for hair when your losing your own. It's overwhelming, bizarre and confusing because the wig industry is so opaque. Combine that with the need to find a something asap, it easy to be misled.
I started Encelia because I want to help make wig life better for everyone so this will be your time to ask me anything about wig life and wig design!
The FIT Kit Program
Designed because taking your head measurements is actually insanely hard to do & we are here to make shopping for a wig a little less overwhelming.
After your consultation, we will send you a set of fitting caps (aka wig or topper without hair) so you can confirm try in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
We also know that determining your hair color on a computer screen is difficult, so, we will also send you our color swatch along with the fitting caps so you can actually see the color in different lighting.
7 Day Home Trial
We understand that buying a hair when your coping with the loss of your own, can often feel bizarre and overwhelming. We hope that our seven day home trial makes this stage easier for you. Our home trial program allows you to
- Try on your in your hair topper or wig in private.
- Allows you the much needed time to familiarize yourself with your new hairpiece, confirm color, length, and fit.

Yes, our goal to help make your alternative life a breeze. This consultation is our way of ensuring that you get the support that you need! During the consultation, we will discuss cap construction, cap size, and hair color so that your helper hair customized to your personal needs.
Our Fit Kit FREE of charge! A $20 deposit is required to cover possible damage or lost shipments. The $20 will goes towards the purchase but is refundable if you don't make a purchase.
If the Fit kit is returned to us, you will be charge addition $250 so that we can reorder the fitting caps.
You have 7 days to enjoy your Fit Kit. I will included a prepaid return label for easy-free shipping.
When your fit kit arrives, we will follow up with you to see if you have any other questions or concerns.
If the item you want is in stock, it will arrive in 3-5 business days.
If the item is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder, and your item will arrive in 3-4 months.
