- the technical side (your scalp sensitivity, lifestyle, how often you wear it, activity level, heat tolerance, adhesion, cap construction needs, etc.)
Our consultations are designed to feel like your working with a hair educator - someone who listens first, explains clearly, and helps you make confident, informed decisions. Our quick questionnaire help us understand your lifestyle, hair loss experience, and how you plan to wear your wig or topper day to day, which helps us to tailor your consultation to your needs.

The FIT + COMFORT Kit
We know how challenging it can be to take accurate measurements and even harder to choose hair type, texture, or color without being able to see and feel it in person.
That’s why, after your consultation, we’ll send you a personalized Fit + Comfort Kit so you can confidently explore your options.
FIT + COMFORT Kit Includes: ($39–$79, credited toward purchase)
- Soft measuring tape
- Disposable wig liner
- Fitting caps (a wig or topper without hair) so you can feel the difference between: the breathable comfort of our Sport Wig, and the soft Swiss lace used in our Medical Wig
- Hair sample so you can see, touch and understand the difference between our different hair types (European human hair, Remy human hair, luxury synthetic hair and the heat friendly synthetic hair)
- Full color swatch to view colors in different lighting

We're here to bring a little 'amour' to your door with quality wigs and toppers that are insanely comfy, realistic and secure. Sometimes it takes a little trial & error before you find 'The One'...Not to worry! If it's not love at first sight, you have 14 days to make a return.
- You have 14 days from when your item arrives to make a return. Our hope is that this will give you the much needed time to familiarize yourself with your wig or topper - confirm color, length, and fit. Note, the piece can not be altered meaning cut, dyed or worn excessively. Basically, be kind and gentle so we can re-sell the piece to someone else.

Yes, our goal to help make your wig and topper life a total breeze. Our consultation is our way of ensuring that you get the support that you need! During the consultation, we will discuss cap construction, cap size, and hair color so that your helper hair customized to your personal needs.
The FIT + COMFORT kit varies from $39–$79, credited toward purchase.
You have 7 days to enjoy your Fit Kit. We include a prepaid return label for easy, hassle experience.
When your fit kit arrives, your dedicated educator will send your their calendar so you can easily book times with them so you get the support and help that you need.

We understand, high quality wigs and hair toppers are expensive so making a decision to buy one is stressful because no one wants to get stuck with hair that they don't love.
This is our way of making it risk-free for you. You have 14 days from when your item arrives to decide if you love it or send it back for a full refund or exchange.
Yes, you will have to make a purchase but if you return the item, you will receive a full refund minus shipping as long as the item is returned in its original condition. Details can be found here.

- What does that mean? We understand that when trying a wig or topper, that you may need to spray some water on the hair or blow dry the hair a bit, so don't worry too much. In general, we need the wig or topper to "stay" in its original condition, meaning please do not cut, wash, or use styling products.
