To recommend the right wig or topper, we need to understand both:

1. the emotional side (what you’re going through, what you need to feel like yourself again, what your fears are), and
2. the technical side (your scalp sensitivity, lifestyle, how often you wear it, activity level, heat tolerance, adhesion, cap construction needs, etc.)

Our consultations are designed to feel like your working with a hair educator - someone who listens first, explains clearly, and helps you make confident, informed decisions. Our quick questionnaire help us understand your lifestyle, hair loss experience, and how you plan to wear your wig or topper day to day, which helps us to tailor your consultation to your needs.
