Can I color, tone or bleach human hair? Yes, it can be dyed a darker color or toned by a professional hair colorist.

Keep in mind that we want to preserve the hair's natural cuticle because that is what gives the hair it's natural in appearance & ensures that the hair remains super soft, shiny, silky and completely tangle-free throughout its lifetime.  If you lighten the hair, you would be removing the cuticle thus making the hair non-remy. 

Will the color fade? Yes, just like any human hair that has been dyed your wig will fade over time. It varies a lot based on exposure to sun & care practices. Continued sun exposure will cause the hair to fade faster. We recommend applying a UV protectant to slow down the process.

How long should the piece last? The lifespan varies based on care and maintenance routines.  On average, it should last about a year to a year and half.

How do I choose the right color?  The easiest way to determine what color is best is to consult with your stylist. Your stylist can reference the salon level dyes.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to chat with us below. 

Can I use a curling iron or a flat iron? Yes, you can style your wig any way that you want. To preserve and extend the lifespan, we recommend to always use a heat protectant spray prior to applying heat tools the the hair along with setting the temperature to a low setting (250 degrees or less). This will prevent the hair from drying out resulting in a prolong the lifespan.

Can I use hair spray? No, we do not recommended using hair spray. Most hair spray has alcohol in it, which dries the hair out. We recommend using a sulfate free mousse or balm.

Can I apply conditioner to the base or roots? No, conditioner can swell the knots resulting in premature hair loss. Please only apply conditioner from the nape down. If the front hair is dry, pull the hair away from the cap.

 

All orders over $100 include FREE standard shipping in the US. Additional shipping fees will be applied for countries outside the US. Place your order and we will let you know the actual shipping costs.

How much is international shipping? If you live anywhere outside of the United States, please contact us at help@enceliahair.com and we will send you a shipping quote.

When will my order arrive? Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation, then when shipped you will be sent a tracking number.

On average, you will receive your item 11 days after your order was placed. It can take up to 3-4 days to process your order and then delivery can take up to 7 business days after an order has shipped.

I am confident that you will love new hair, but if you are not satisfied, return the product in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund and free shipping.

If you would like to try new hair on, please use the disposable nylon cap included in your package. All returned pieces must be new, unwashed with tags attached. If the unit has any odor or alterations the return will not be accepted.

Do you offer a guarantee? Yes, I guarantee the item to be free from material defects in materials and workmanship. Please closely inspect the item when you get it as there is a 7 day return policy.

With the proper care & maintenance, you can expect your human hair piece to last about 12-16 months. Color may fade over time as with all human hair wigs if worn extensively in the sun.

How long does shipping take? It will take 3-5 business day to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

How do I make a return? Please contact us at help@enceliahair.com with the Order # to start the return.

Can I make an exchange? We are unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund on the product(s) purchased and you can place a new order.

How do I ship my order back to you? Please contact us at help@enceliahair.com and we will issue you a return label free of charge.

When will I receive my refund? A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned item was not altered in anyway. The review process can take up to 1-3 business days to finalize. Most financial institutions can take up to 3-5 business days to process a refund, but it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to show up on your statement prior to contacting our support team at help@enceliahair.com
