When will my order arrive? Once your order is placed, you should recieve your pacakge in 1-2 business days.

How much is international shipping? If you live anywhere outside of the United States, please contact us at help@enceliahair.com and we will send you a shipping quote.

What's your returns policy?

 Although we hope you love your order, there may be times when you need to return items to us. To do so, please contract us at help@enceliahair.com. 

We offer a 7 day return policy - the return item must be in the original condition (new with tags attached, the item must not be unaltered, washed or cut.  If the item has any odor or alterations have been made your return will not be accepted. If you would like to swap an item, please return it for a refund, and place a new order. 

What is your quality guarantee? After our standard 7-day return period, you can return anything that does not meet our quality standards (material or workmanship defects) up until 20 days after your order arrived for account credit. With faulty items, you’ll have the options below: ​

·        Within 20 days – we’ll replace your item (subject to availability), or give you your money back.​​

If you originally purchased with a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly.

How do I request a returns label?

Please contact us at help@enceliahair.com with the order# to start the return.

Please allow up to 10-15 days for your returned package to reach us. We’ll send you an email as soon as your refund has been processed.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer exchanges, but there’s no need to worry. Simply return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order online, where you can see up to date stock and delivery information.

How do I ship my order back to you? Please contact us at help@enceliahair.com and we will issue you a return label free of charge.

When will I receive my refund? A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned item was not altered in anyway. The review process can take up to 5-7 business days to finalize. Most financial institutions can take up to 3-5 business days to process a refund, but it could take longer. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to show up on your statement prior to contacting us at help@enceliahair.com
